APKSO Games is what I used when my son wanted the same thing, you can grab the Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 Download right from there. Page loads on the phone or tablet, you tap the download button, then once it's done you tap the file to install. Tablets sometimes ask you to allow installs from unknown sources the first time, just hit yes and it goes through. APKSO Games keeps the version current so you don't end up with a broken old build.
