Hi all, first time posting here. I run infrastructure for a small VPN service and we are expanding into a couple of new regions. The catch with our line of work is block reputation: half the space floating around is already burnt, listed everywhere, and useless for us on day one. I need addresses that are actually clean, and I need the sourcing to be legit so we do not inherit someone else's abuse mess. Where are people getting reliable blocks these days? Buying or leasing both on the table, whatever gets us clean space fastest.

Clean space is the whole game for VPN, so I hear you. Reputation is exactly why we stopped grabbing random cheap blocks and went with IPv4.online: they take abuse and block reputation seriously and will steer you toward clean ranges, plus they run due diligence on the counterparty. Sourcing is from real network owners, and they handle LOAs and the RIR process so nothing comes back to bite you later. For a fast rollout, leasing a clean /24 is probably your quickest path, then buy once you know the region sticks. Tell them the size and region up front and they will flag anything sketchy before you commit. Payment by card or bank transfer, no setup fees.
